RV Insurance
We offer several types of insurance available to protect RV owners against potential losses. Coverages you might consider include:
- Physical Damage insurance protects you against fire, theft, collision and other misfortunes that can happen on the road or at the camp site. Full time RVers should look for a policy that includes increased contents coverage and site liability coverage. Replacement cost coverage is another great benefit available from specialized RV insurance companies. If you plan to finance your RV purchase, the lender will require proof of coverage.
- Mechanical breakdown insurance (also referred to as a service contract or extended warranty) will help you pay for repair costs that you may incur due to failure of a covered system in your RV. Covered systems in a travel trailer or fifth wheel typically include the hot water heater, waste system, fresh water system, air conditioner, range and oven, LP gas system, heating system, refrigerator, electrical and slide out rooms. Additional benefits may also include on site service calls and trip interruption. With this coverage you can enjoy your travels with peace of mind, knowing that you are protected from costly unexpected repair bills.
