We started at the RV show and met Nick Gaubatz. We looked at hundreds of trailers to figure out our best First Trailer. It took us a couple months, so we weren't an easy sale. We went to several other places and kept coming back to Nick. He was fantastic with all our questions, patient and helpful. We drove past several others to do business with Nick and the Curtis team. Thank you Curtis Trailers, we had an issue with the censor when the battery is low it gives an alarm well our battery was not low. Curtis figured it was a faulty censor and they had to order a new one, they ordered it Thursday we had a camping scheduled for Friday I was getting a little nervous on Friday afternoon but they got the part and we were able to get out of town by 2, oh plus it was the last day of the 1 year warranty. Thanks Curtis we had a wonderful weekend and no 4 am alarms going off. - Lori
The slide out on our trailer had become stuck and wouldn’t open. We stopped in on our way to our camping trip. Jason from the service department came out and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! No charge, and we were back on the road before we knew it. Thank you Curtis Trailers for your wonderful service team! - Angela
